The avalanche feature is a slot mechanic where winning symbols disappear from the reels and are replaced by new symbols that fall into place. This can create consecutive wins from a single spin without placing an additional wager. Also known as cascading reels or tumbling symbols, the avalanche feature is commonly found in modern online video slots and is often linked to multipliers and bonus features.
